A two-hour fastpitch clinic for softball pitchers at our indoor facility at 7931 E Pecos Rd, Mesa, a quick drive from Queen Creek and Gilbert. Call or text 520-866-0055.

How the morning runs
The clinic runs from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and is split into blocks so every athlete gets coached work, not just reps.
Warmup
A full group warmup to get athletes moving and ready to throw, so the pitching work starts with the body prepared.
Pitching work with Tiffanee Lepule
Pitching instruction led by Lights Out Fastpitch coach Tiffanee Lepule. Catchers work alongside pitchers, which is why the Pitch and Catch Duo option exists.
A2Z body and arm care
A2Z coaches take athletes through body and arm care work they can bring home and use around practices and games.
Parent session
While athletes train, parents can join a session on nutrition, sleep, and performance training for youth athletes.
Who it is for
Softball pitchers ages 8 to 17, from newer pitchers to experienced ones. Catchers ages 8 to 17 are welcome too, either on their own or paired with a pitcher as a Pitch and Catch Duo. Parents are encouraged to stay for the parent session.
