Brian Diaz

COACH

Brian grew up in Texas and played HS ball in both Austin and El Paso. Growing up, he played all sports (Football, Basketball, Track, Baseball, Golf, and Volleyball), but having a grandfather who played for the great Vince Lombardi, he naturally gravitated towards football at a young age.
After HS, he played ball at the University of Texas at El Paso. Unfortunately, his football career was cut short due to a bad roll-over accident in which Brian suffered a broken neck. After long rehab and recovery, he was able to take up Golf again and even play competitively in the Myrtle Beach World Amateur.
After working odd jobs while finishing up my degree in sports management, he decided to get into coaching and back to the game of football. His goal is to help young players on and off the field and help them learn how to navigate the NCAA and its recruiting process when the time comes.

Joe Reichardt

2.How do you inspire athletes to reach their potential? I work to learn each athletes learning style and then I find what motivates them and I work to use that information for motivation.

3.What’s one piece of advice you always share with your athletes? Everyone falls down, champions pick themselves up and ask for more.

Motivation
As a sports performance and fitness coach, what fuels my unwavering passion is the transformative power of human potential. Every day, I’m driven by the profound belief that within each individual I train, there exists an athlete waiting to emerge, a champion yearning to rise. It’s the spark in their eyes when they conquer a new personal record, the determination that surges through their veins when faced with adversity, and the resilience the show in pushing past their limits – these are the moments that ignite my motivation.

My purpose is to guide, inspire, and witness these incredible journeys towards greatness. The camaraderie forged through sweat and dedication, the resilience built in the face of challenges, and the unbreakable spirit that emerges are the intangible rewards of this profession. It’s the smiles of accomplishment, the pride of surpassing goals, and the knowledge that I’ve played a role in someone’s transformation that keeps my passion burning brightly.

Every training session, every early morning workout, and every setback overcome only serve to reinforce my commitment to helping others realize their athletic dreams. I’m not just a coach; I’m a catalyst for potential, a source of inspiration, and a relentless advocate for the power of hard work and dedication. Together, we chase excellence, celebrate victories, and turn dreams into realities. That’s what motivates me – the unwavering belief in the human spirit and the boundless potential that resides within each of us.
