Brian Diaz
COACH
Brian grew up in Texas and played HS ball in both Austin and El Paso. Growing up, he played all sports (Football, Basketball, Track, Baseball, Golf, and Volleyball), but having a grandfather who played for the great Vince Lombardi, he naturally gravitated towards football at a young age.
After HS, he played ball at the University of Texas at El Paso. Unfortunately, his football career was cut short due to a bad roll-over accident in which Brian suffered a broken neck. After long rehab and recovery, he was able to take up Golf again and even play competitively in the Myrtle Beach World Amateur.
After working odd jobs while finishing up my degree in sports management, he decided to get into coaching and back to the game of football. His goal is to help young players on and off the field and help them learn how to navigate the NCAA and its recruiting process when the time comes.
Joe Reichardt

Coaching Philosophy
1.What motivates you as a coach? My motivation as a coach is seeing the progression my athletes make, both physically and mentally. My job is to help them become better athletes and better human beings.
2.How do you inspire athletes to reach their potential? I work to learn each athletes learning style and then I find what motivates them and I work to use that information for motivation.
3.What’s one piece of advice you always share with your athletes? Everyone falls down, champions pick themselves up and ask for more.
